

We are currently seeking a Junior Assistant to join us on a fixed-term basis.
Apollo Artist Management are a UK talent agency representing actors and performers across Film, Television, Theatre, Musical Theatre, Commercials, Radio + more. We pride ourselves on a personal, bespoke approach to representation, building strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
The role is a paid, office-based role in our Waterloo office. The role will be 2 days per week for 3 months. Usual working hours will be 10am to 6pm, with a lunch break from 1pm to 2pm.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is serious about building a career in talent representation and wants to gain hands-on experience within a working agency environment. The role will sit most closely with our Musical Theatre department, but it will also support our TV, Film, Theatre and Commercials departments.
Please note that this is an admin-heavy role. It will include practical office tasks, basic errands and personal assistant support for the senior team, alongside exposure to the day-to-day running of a busy talent agency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General office and administrative support
- Assisting with diaries, appointments and scheduling
- Helping with client submissions and availability checks
- Updating Tagmin, Spotlight and internal client records
- Supporting with audition, self-tape and booking administration
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Assisting with client communications where appropriate
- Helping with basic research and industry tracking
- Supporting social media content where required
- Providing practical office support, basic errands and PA-style assistance for the senior team
- Supporting the Musical Theatre department, with additional support across TV, film, theatre and commercial work
APPLICANTS SHOULD…
- Have previous admin or agency experience
- Have a genuine passion for the entertainment industry
- Have a good knowledge of Musical Theatre
- Be highly organised, reliable and detail-focused
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have good working knowledge of Google, Microsoft Office, Tagmin, Spotlight and Canva
- Be able to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
- Use initiative and have a proactive, can-do attitude
- Be practical, hard-working and happy to get stuck into whatever needs doing
- Work well as part of a small team
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion
OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS
- This is a paid, 3-month fixed-term role.
- The role will be 2 days per week.

- Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
- Applicants must be able to commit to the full 3-month period.

Pay: £105 per day
