London Talent Agency Approach
We focus on long-term careers through close collaboration with our clients, targeted submissions and strong industry relationships. The approach is simple: clear communication, careful planning and consistent momentum. As a London talent agency, we stay closely involved from first conversation to final contract.
We take time to understand each client’s casting type, goals and strengths, then shape a strategy that fits the current market. That can mean refining credits and materials, identifying the right opportunities, and keeping submissions focused rather than scattergun. We stay on top of what’s casting, who’s casting it, and where each client is best placed to compete. We talk through opportunities and agree decisions together, so submissions match what the client wants.
Our clients’ credits include major television series, feature films and leading theatre productions. We keep the work aligned with a wider plan, so each booking builds on the last. We also support negotiations, contracts and the practical details around bookings, while keeping an eye on the next step.
We put a lot of weight on relationships. We maintain regular contact with casting directors, producers, creatives and the wider industry, and we handle conversations professionally and promptly. We’re organised on the practical side too, making sure contracts, fees and booking details are managed properly.
Just as important is the relationship with our clients. We describe it as a “professional friendship”: supportive, honest and built on trust, but always professional. We don’t want to only speak when there’s an audition or a booking. We stay in touch, and we aim to create a relationship where clients feel comfortable reaching out at any point, whether it’s a quick question, a concern, or simply to talk through next steps. The work is partly creative and partly operational, and we take both sides seriously because that’s what keeps careers moving.
As proud members of the PMA, we operate to professional standards and take the responsibility of representation seriously.
