

Apollo Artist Management are seeking a committed, highly organised and passionate Personal / Agent’s Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director / Senior Agent.
This full-time role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in Musical Theatre and a long-term ambition to work in talent management.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALITIES
- Proven time-management, multi-tasking & interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written & verbal communication;
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail;
- Intuitive prioritisation skills to effectively provide support;
- A genuine passion for Musical Theatre;
- Confident using social media as a professional tool;
- Comfortable running personal errands for the Managing Director/Senior Agent within office hours.
IDEAL QUALITIES
- 1–2 years’ experience in an agency or casting office;
- Working knowledge of Tagmin, Spotlight, Canva, iMovie, Microsoft Office & Google Workspace;
- Familiarity with invoicing, finance tracking, and managing client contracts;
- Keen interest in talent scouting & attending industry events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as first point of contact for clients, casting professionals & industry partners;
- Coordinate auditions, bookings, contracts, fittings, and production meetings;
- Manage client invoicing, payment tracking, and liaise with the company’s Accounts Department;
- Create content for social media using Canva;
- Update client Spotlight profiles, vocal reels, and maintain the company’s website;
- Coordinate client submissions, pushes, and keep detailed submission records;
- Attend showcases and agent days;
- Support client repertoire sessions, events, and occasional off-site activities.
- Attend client shows in the evenings, and at weekends on occasion, understanding that this role may require reasonable attention outside of usual working hours.
