Michael Harris

CEO / Managing Director / Head Agent

Michael trained at Arts Educational School, Tring Park and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

After a successful career in shows such as Mamma Mia!, he went to work in casting at Amy Hubbard Casting and then as an agent for Identity Agency Group (IAG) and Boland & Reeve.

Following many successful years as an agent, he launched Apollo Artist Management in 2017.

Jess Phipps

Senior Agent / Head of TV, Film, Theatre & Commercials

Jess trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. After turning her hand to a bit of writing & directing, she finally found her calling to Agent life.

She worked at Global Artists before opening her own agency to focus on film, television & straight theatre work. Jess joined Apollo in 2023 and is thrilled to be part of the team.

Jay Parsons

Associate Agent

Jay trained as an actor at Guildford School of Acting & ArtsEd and, after some time working as a performer, he worked in Casting before moving over to agenting upon discovering a love for facilitating people to further their careers and achieve their dreams.

Jay joined Apollo in 2023 and is excited to be part of #TeamApollo!

Lucie Wiles

Assistant to Michael Harris

Lucie has followed and studied Musical Theatre since the age of seven, a passion that led her to the University of Winchester, where she developed her craft both academically and as a performer.

Since graduating, she has gained valuable experience in both theatre and within a talent agency setting, and is so happy to be joining #TeamApollo!

Katryna Jordan

Assistant to Jess Phipps

Katryna received her BFA in Acting from the University of Utah. Since moving to this side of the pond, she has worked as an actor and writer.

With a real love for nurturing new talent and a knack for keeping the admin side running smoothly, Katryna is delighted to be joining #TeamApollo, supporting Jess Phipps in the TV, Film & Theatre department.

Head of HR

Olive

Head of PR

Albie was born on 7th December 2020 & Olive was born on 7th December 2021. They are biological siblings from two different litters.

They joined Apollo as Head of HR & PR respectively and their day to day tasks include general office doggy stuff, as well as making sure all of #TeamApollo are in high spirits!

P.S. They don’t have doppelgangers, because no one can be Albie & Olive.
