Managing Director / Senior Agent
Michael trained at Arts Educational School, Tring Park and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
After a successful career in shows such as Mamma Mia!, he went to work in casting at Amy Hubbard Casting and then as an agent for Identity Agency Group (IAG) and Boland & Reeve.
Following many successful years as an agent, he launched Apollo Artist Management in 2017.

Jess Phipps
Agent – TV, Film & Straight Theatre
Jess trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. After turning her hand to a bit of writing & directing she finally found her calling to Agent life.
She worked at Global Artists before opening her own agency to focus on film, television & straight theatre work.
Jess is honoured to be a part of #TeamApollo!

Rosie Allen
Executive Agent’s Assistant
Rosie spent her childhood & teenage years spending most of her money on seeing shows and generally hanging around London’s theatreland before joining ArtsEd sixth form and embarking on a Theatre & Performance Studies degree at Warwick University.
Since graduating, she’s worked at several different agencies, most recently Global Artists, and is thrilled to be a part of #TeamApollo to work with such a wide variety of talent that reflects the exciting landscape of film, television & theatre!

Jay Parsons
Agent’s Assistant
Jay graduated from Guildford School of Acting and, after some time working as a performer moved over to agenting upon discovering a love for all things admin and facilitating people to further their careers and achieve their dreams.
After a year working in the agent world, Jay is thrilled to be working as a part of #TeamApollo!

Serina Mathew
Intern
Serina graduated in 2012 and has since performed in various musicals & shows. She is still acting, however, is keen to learn the other side of the industry in hopes that she can further her career as an agent in the future.
She is thrilled to be part of #TeamApollo & learn from the team (& of course give all the puppy cuddles to Albie & Olive)!

Albie was born on 7th December 2020 & Olive was born on 7th December 2021. They are biological siblings from two different litters.
They joined Apollo as Head of HR & PR respectively and their day to day tasks include general office doggy stuff, as well as making sure all of #TeamApollo are in high spirits!
P.S. They don’t have doppelgangers, because, let’s be honest, no one can be Albie & Olive.
